A non-refundable Registration Fee will be due at the time of enrollment. There is one fee charged per family. For combo level and higher the fee is $50.00. For pre-school classes the fee is $25.00 per semester. A non-refundable Recital Fee of $125.00 will be due at the time of enrollment for all dance students. Voice students will owe a $50.00 Recital Fee per semester.
The registration process will not be considered complete and class space is not reserved until these fess have been paid. Combo level dancers and higher are automatically enrolled for the entire dance season. Pre-School level dancers and Voice Students wil need to reenroll each semester.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. All families will be required to put a credit card on file for tuition auto-payments. If your card declines, you will received an automated email to notify you. Accounts not paid by the 10th of the month are subject to a $10.00 late fee. Tuition is based on the total cost of a full session of classes, divided equally into installments. Tuition will be the same whether it is a long 5-week month, or a short 3-week month.
Refund policy: There are no refunds given for missed classes. Students can makeup classes if a comparable class is available. All summer camp deposits are non-refundable.
A written notice, email or handwritten, from the parent/guardian must be received before a student is considered dropped from a class. Withdrawal must occur before the 1st of the month. If notice is given after the 1st of the month, no refund will be given for tuition that month.
Students will be placed in classes according to their physical ability and age. Class placement is at the discretion of the studio owner and instructors. Please confirm your dancer’s class level before registering for classes.
Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class. Students should always be prompt and prepared for class. If many absences occur, the students classes will go under review. It is not acceptable for any student to have more than 4 absences per class.
All students are expected to participate in our recitals. Please check the website for projected dates for the season. Anyone who can’t participate in the recital will need to notify the studio upon registering. Recital fees are non-refundable.
Pre-school level dancers and voice students will have an in-studio recital at the end of each semester. Combo level and higher dancers will participate in the “big recital” at the end of the season in a local theater.
Costume fees will be added to your tuition autopay in January, February, and March. The amount charged will be the total cost of all costumes, divided into three. Costumes will stay at the studio until a few weeks prior to the performance. Pre-school students will receive one costume that is included in the recital fee for each semester.
Private Lessons are available by request for dancers needing extra help, performing a routine, preparing an audition, etc. Private lessons must be scheduled through the studio. Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours in advanced or you will be charged for your lesson. Lessons will be charged to your card on file. The rate for private lessons will depend on the instructor.
The studio will typically follow Dekalb County school closings. If they close for weather, we will close for weather. Check the studio instagram page and your email for studio closing announcements.
Your email address on file in your parent portal will be our main point of contact for you. If you need more than one email listed for your account, just let us know, or you can add it on your parent portal account. You will receive all important studio communications and newsletters to this email address.
